Located in in the heart of downtown St. Augustine in the quiet and safe residential neighborhood of Lincolnville, named after Abraham Lincoln, a small downtown community with a tremendous amount of history dating back to the 1500’s. It’s known for its great accomplishments in equality, major historical events & deep roots. The neighborhood is also known for its friendly demeanor, southern hospitality and is a laid back and caring community with a small town feel. It’s a beautiful place to take a stroll or bike ride under the old whispering mossy oaks because the homes are so historic and unique. You will come across small cottages, bungalows to old southern mansions.. Lincolnville is mostly noted for its gorgeous authentic old Victorian style homes and bungalows. If you love architecture and historic homes this town will definitely be enjoyable eye candy for you.

Cottage can comfortably sleep 6 people total. The master bedroom has a queen bed and it's own on suite bathroom, there is a queen bed in the second bedroom and in the back of the home is an Open Den with a adjacent bathroom in the hallway and has a comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa with Tempurpedic mattress. All rooms have ceiling fans & central heating and air conditioner.

The master bath is appointed with a large walk in shower, while the second bath off the main hallway features a tub/shower. Both bathrooms have custom mirrors and lighting, completely updated and renovated. The home is equipped with an on demand tankless water heater, so water temperature is never an issue.

We love to cook, so our kitchen comes well equipped. Quartz countertops cover the large island with breakfast stools. There is a coffee bar, and brand new stainless steel appliances. The oven has warming modes, and is top of the line. There is also a small microwave inside the island, and you will find the drawers full of utensils and gadgets to make your meal prep a breeze.

New washer and dryer are located off the main hallway, there is also laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and bleach located in the closet next to the units. There is also an iron and ironing board located in the house for you to use.

Our front porch is yours to enjoy, we have  4 pollywood rocking chairs to hang out on. The backyard has been completely redesigned with brick pavers, landscaping and an amazing hot tub. There is a small firepit that you can use a single duraflame log in, and also a large outdoor dining table. You will also find a shed, filled with beach equipment, coolers, and extra supplies.
