What makes Pink Hen House unique?
- Pink Hen House is a fully restored circa 1900 bungalow cottage in Lincolnville, the historic residential neighborhood in downtown St. Augustine, Florida. It pairs turn-of-the-century character — vaulted white ceilings, exposed brick, arched windows — with a renovated interior, Italian marble bathrooms and a private backyard hot tub, and it is close enough to walk everywhere in the oldest city.
How many guests does Pink Hen House sleep?
- The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests in total: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den sleeper.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
- The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. All rooms have ceiling fans, and the home has central heating and air conditioning.

Many guests park the car for the whole trip.
What is the Lincolnville neighborhood like?
